Just say NO to sexist advertising !
Manifesto

"The Advertising Standards Bureau manages the advertising self-regulation system in Australia, and our aim is to provide you with an up-to-date view of its operation through this website."

The Advertising Standards Bureau (ASB) is an industry run board. Viewers can register complaints about offensive and indecent advertising material shown in the mainstream media on the grounds of:

- Discrimination
- Violence
- Language
- Portrayal of sex, nudity
- Health and safety
- Alarm or distress to children

The ASB does not handle complaints about:

- Truth and accuracy of advertising
- Legality
- Label directions
- Business practices
- Public advocacy messages
